Preparation and Placement (Prepare & Place)
Place the poster stand on a flat and stable surface.
Make sure the plugs at the bottom (usually located at the bottom of the base) are fully tightened and closed.
Water Filling for Weight Increase (Fill with Water)
Locate the water filling port on the base (usually at the top or side, with an openable cover).
Remove the cover and use a water hose or bucket to fill the base with water until it is nearly full (leave about 5% of space to avoid water from overflowing, and do not fill it too full).
Professional tip: In cold regions, you can mix in about 10% antifreeze (such as automotive antifreeze) to prevent water from freezing and expanding and damaging the base.
Installation of Poster (Insert the Graphic)
Most modern water-filled poster stands adopt a top-slot sliding design.
Insert the top of the poster or advertising board into the slot at the top of the frame first, and then gently push the bottom into the bottom's slot.
Some models may come with a front-opening acrylic panel. Just open the panel, insert the poster, and then fasten it.
Storage and Maintenance (Storage & Maintenance)
After use, remove the poster.
Unscrew the drainage plug, empty the water completely, and dry it.
Store it after drying to prevent mold or algae from growing inside and extend the service life.
Core advantages and precautions
Strong Stability: After filling with water, it is very stable and can effectively resist outdoor gentle winds.
Portable and Lightweight: When empty, it is lightweight and easy to transport and move.
Safe: Compared to heavy metal bases, the water-filled plastic base is lighter and less likely to cause serious injuries in accidental collisions.
Note: Avoid using hot water or sharp objects to puncture the base. Regularly check if the drainage plug is tightly sealed
